Windows 7, 8 or Vista Users:

1. Click Start and choose Control Panel.
2. Click Uninstall a program beneath Programs. Note: If you are not using the Category view, open Programs and Features.
3. Click the Multi PDF Converter entry that is listed.
4. Click Uninstall.
5. Click Yes in the User Account Control dialog if it displays.

Windows 10 Users:

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Scroll down and click Settings on the left panel.
3. Click System on the Settings menu.
4. Select Apps & features from the left pane. A list of installed apps appears in the right pane.
5. Select the Multi PDF Converter app and click "Uninstall".

Mac Users:

Simply drag Multi PDF Converter program out of the Applications folder into the trash.

Installation Errors

A common error you may encounter is a Java-related error and this happens when you are trying to download and install the program while you have the program already open on your desktop (this affects Windows only Users).

The simple fix for this is to either: 1) restart the computer, or 2) quit the program by opening Task Manager, select the program and "End Process", OR do the following:

• Open the Control Panel
• Click on System and Securities, then select System
• In the left tab, click Advanced Systems Properties
• Select Environment Variables
• In the System Variables box below, click New
• Use New Variable Name: _JAVA_OPTIONS and New Variable Value: -Xmx512M, then click OK

Errors During a Conversion

If you are getting error codes when converting files, try using a lower resolution setting and reduce the number of files you are trying to convert. This could be a memory issue. In addition, if you are using an older version of the program, click here to download the latest version.

Error During License Key Activation

If you are getting an error during the license key activation, try disabling your antivirus software or firewall to resolve this issue. Click here for instructions on how to do so. Our program has been Norton Approved.

With a desktop application such as Multi PDF Converter, every part of the conversion is done right on your computer with no file size restrictions or security issues. Since you not sending files over the internet, the conversion process will be much faster than an online PDF/JPG file service.

The following settings apply only to PDF to JPG/JPEG conversions:

Low - 75dpi - For regular PDF images
Medium (default) - 150dpi - For PDF with medium quality illustrations
High - 300dpi - Rich, professional illustrations, high quality JPG images (long process times)

This is a limitation of our demo version. To permanently remove the SAMPLE mark and be able to convert more than 2 files at once, you will need to purchase a license key from our web store.

In some cases, a user will activate the license and inadvertently try to convert a file that has the SAMPLE mark on it from previous runs. Make sure you use the original files, ones without the SAMPLE mark after you have activated the license key.

File size limitation is hard to predict. The program's processing speed and capability depend on many variables. Depending on file sizes, quantity of files and complexity, your computer's available RAM, processing speed, and operating system, the processing times will vary. Try to close out any unnecessary applications when running the program - this may help speed up processing times.
